AIA Engineering subsidiary wins major order for Chilean copper mine

AIA Engineering Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vega Industries Chile SpA, has secured an order worth $32.90 million from a copper mine in Chile. This order is for the supply of grinding media, a product the company has been promoting for its benefits to copper miners in the region. The contract is set to be fulfilled over an 18-month period, commencing in November 2025.

The order was awarded by an international mining company in Chile against AIA Engineering's techno-commercial offer, adhering to standard business norms. The customer's identity remains confidential due to confidentiality reasons. The company will collaborate closely with the customer to ensure the benefits of using high-chrome grinding media are realized.

This strategic order marks a significant milestone for AIA Engineering's presence in the South American mining sector.
