Advait Energy Transitions secures major 400kV transmission line project from Powergrid

Advait Energy Transitions Limited, formerly Advait Infratech Limited, has received an order from Powergrid Corporation of India Ltd. (PGCIL) for "ERS package ERS-II associated with Procurement of ERS suitable for 400kV Transmission lines." This domestic contract, valued at Rs. 87,29,13,870, was secured on October 6, 2025.

The project involves the procurement of Emergency Restoration Systems (ERS) specifically for 400kV transmission lines, designated as Set-5. The company is expected to execute this order within an 18-month timeframe. The announcement emphasizes that this order falls within the company's normal course of business.

This disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. No promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in PGCIL, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
