The company stated it was in discussions with Sujit Barde to reconsider his resignation, given his key position and contributions.

However, these discussions did not result in a reversal of his decision, leading to the company's inability to submit the intimation of his resignation within the prescribed regulatory timeline. Ador Welding expressed its apologies for this oversight and assured that due care would be taken to prevent future occurrences.
