Aadhar Housing board to discuss new employee stock option scheme

Aadhar Housing Finance Limited has announced a board meeting to be held on Friday, October 10, 2025. The primary agenda item for discussion and approval is a new Employee Stock Option Scheme 2025, which will be subject to shareholder approval.

The company communicated this prior intimation to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 7, 2025.

The communication was signed by Harshada Pathak, company secretary and compliance officer, and addressed to the listing departments of both exchanges. Copies of the intimation were also sent to Catalyst Trusteeship Limited and Beacon Trusteeship Limited.
