Wipro board to meet October 15-16 to approve financial results

Wipro Limited announced its board of directors will meet on October 15-16, 2025, to consider and approve its financial results. The agenda includes reviewing the condensed audited standalone and consolidated financial results under IndAS for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. Additionally, the board will approve the condensed audited consolidated financial results under IFRS for the same period. These financial results are expected to be approved on the evening of October 16, 2025.

In conjunction with the board meeting, Wipro has closed its trading window for dealing in company securities. The closure commenced on September 16, 2025, and will remain in effect until the close of October 18, 2025, encompassing both dates. This measure is in accordance with Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
