Wardwizard Innovations extends rights issue closure period

The Rights Issue Committee of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, at a meeting held on October 6th, 2025, approved an extension to the closure period for its Rights Issue. The extension will be for 17 days.

The new closure of offer date for the Rights Issue is now Friday, October 24th, 2025. Previously, the offer was scheduled to close on Tuesday, October 7th, 2025. An advertisement regarding this extension will be published in newspapers and submitted to the exchange.
