Ujjivan Small Finance Bank board to meet for Q2 financials

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In conjunction with this announcement, the bank confirmed that the trading window for dealing in its equity shares by designated persons and their dependents closed on October 1, 2025. It will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared. Additionally, a PAN freeze for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been enabled through depositories for the stated period.
