Tata Technologies schedules board meeting for Q2 and H1 results

Tata Technologies Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting to be held on Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025. The board will also review the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.

In adherence to SEBI regulations concerning insider trading, Tata Technologies has communicated to its designated persons that the trading window remained closed from September 24, 2025. This restriction will continue until 48 hours after the declaration and dissemination of the financial results to the stock exchanges.

The announcement, dated October 6, 2025, was issued by vikrant gandhe, company secretary and compliance officer of Tata Technologies Limited. It was directed to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
