Sudarshan Europe increases stake in Heubach Colorants India to over 70%

Sudarshan Europe B.V. and its Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired 3,668,036 equity shares, representing a 15.89% stake, in Heubach Colorants India Limited. The acquisition was conducted through an open offer at a price of INR 602.03 per equity share on October 3, 2025.

Prior to this acquisition, Sudarshan Europe B.V. and PACs did not hold any direct shares in Heubach Colorants India. They indirectly held 12,548,811 equity shares, accounting for 54.37% of the company, through their direct shareholding in PAC-2 and PAC-3.

Following the acquisition, the total direct and indirect shareholding of the acquirer and promoter group in Heubach Colorants India Limited has increased to 16,216,847 shares, representing 70.26% of the company's total voting capital. The equity share capital of Heubach Colorants India Limited remains at INR 23,08,17,980, divided into 23,081,978 equity shares of INR 10 each.
