SBI Mutual Fund reduces stake in Sai Silks

SBI Mutual Fund, acting under its various schemes, has disclosed a reduction in its stake in Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited. The fund sold 1,318,314 shares, representing 0.8596% of the company's paid-up share capital, through a market sale on October 3, 2025.

This sale decreases SBI Mutual Fund's total holding from 4.9286% (75,58,805 shares) to 4.0690% (62,40,491 shares) of Sai Silks' share capital. The transaction resulted in a 2% decrease in holding from the previous disclosure made on September 28, 2023, which reported a 6.330% stake.

The total equity share capital of Sai Silks (Kalamandir) Limited before and after the acquisition/sale remains Rs 30,67,32,224, consisting of 15,33,66,112 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2/-. The disclosure was made to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
