Reliance Power clarifies zero exposure to CLE Private Limited

Reliance Power Limited announced that it has received a Show Cause Notice from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). The notice concerns Reliance Infrastructure Limited's exposure to CLE Private Limited and alleges a violation of SEBI regulations.

The company explicitly stated it has "ZERO exposure to CLE Private Limited." Reliance Power affirmed its commitment to taking appropriate steps in response to the notice, as legally advised. This disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations.
