Pitti Engineering cancels investor roadshow meetings

Pitti Engineering Limited has officially cancelled its non-deal roadshow meetings, which were slated for Tuesday, October 7th, and Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, starting from 10:00 a.m. IST. The company communicated this decision to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited via a letter dated October 6th, 2025.

The cancellation of the company's participation in these investor meetings is attributed to "unforeseen exigencies." This information was submitted in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
