NOCIL board to meet October 31 for financial results approval

NOCIL Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for Friday, October 31, 2025. The meeting, to be held at Mafatlal House in Mumbai, will focus on considering, approving, and taking on record the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In addition to the financial results, the board will also review the limited review report pertaining to these results. The meeting will address other business as deemed necessary. This announcement is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
