Kisan Mouldings sees promoters reclassified to public category

Kisan Mouldings Ltd. announced on October 6, 2025, that it received a no-objection letter from BSE Limited for the reclassification of certain shareholders from the 'promoter and promoter group' to the 'public' category. The reclassification, effective October 3, 2025, aligns with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The reclassified shareholders include Veena Vijay Aggarwal, Amit Vijay Aggarwal, Vijay Jagannath Aggarwal, Vijay J Aggarwal HUF, Amita Ashok Aggarwal, Ashok Jagannath Aggarwal, Ashok J Aggarwal HUF, Gaurav Ashok Aggarwal, and Radhika Ashok Aggarwal. This follows an application submitted on August 8, 2025, for the reclassification.

BSE also issued a warning letter to Kisan Mouldings due to a delay in disclosing the reclassification request. While the promoter's request was submitted on July 21, 2025, the disclosure to the stock exchanges was made on August 4, 2025, exceeding the 24-hour reporting requirement for material events under Regulation 31A(8)(a).
