Global Vectra Helicorp shareholders approve financial reports, director re-appointment

Global Vectra Helicorp Limited held its 27th annual general meeting (AGM) on Monday, September 29, 2025, via electronic mode. During the meeting, shareholders approved the audited statement of profit and loss and the balance sheet for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, along with accompanying reports from directors and auditors.

Shareholders re-appointed Ms. Rati Rishi as a director, who retired by rotation and was eligible for re-appointment. The company also appointed M/s. Shobha Ambure & Associates, practicing company secretaries, as secretarial auditors for a five-year term, from the financial year 2025-2026 to the financial year 2029-2030.

The results of both remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM will be made public on the company's website, as well as on the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited websites, within two days of the resolutions' passing. The scrutinizers' report, received on September 29, 2025, confirmed that all proposed resolutions were passed with the requisite majority.
