Dhampur Bio Organics appoints Rakesh Agarwal as VP of bottling operations

Dhampur Bio Organics Ltd. announced the appointment of Rakesh Agarwal as vice president – bottling operations, effective October 6, 2025. This change in senior management personnel was disclosed in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Agarwal brings over 28 years of experience in the juice, beverages, and dairy industries, having managed end-to-end plant operations, including production planning, quality systems, maintenance, inventory, and cost optimization. He is recognized for his proactive, results-driven approach, successful team leadership, and expertise in enhancing operational efficiencies across Tetra Pak and PET packaging lines.

He holds a diploma in electrical engineering and a B. Com degree, with proficiency in various operational tools and software such as SAP-PP, PLMS, HACCP, and FSMS. His appointment is a full-time position, effective from the date mentioned.
