CSB Bank to announce half-year, quarterly results November 5

CSB Bank Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This meeting is in compliance with Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The unaudited financial results, along with a Limited Review Report from the Joint Statutory Auditors, will be submitted to the exchanges in accordance with Regulation 33(3) of the Listing Regulations. This information follows an earlier communication dated September 25, 2025, regarding the closure of the trading window.

The trading window for dealing in CSB Bank's equity shares, which commenced its closure from October 1, 2025, will remain shut until and including Friday, November 7, 2025. This restriction applies to designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons, in adherence to the Bank's Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading Policy.
