CEAT board to meet for quarterly financial results on October 17

CEAT Limited has announced that its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 17, 2025. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and period ending September 30, 2025. The board will also take on record the Limited Review Report pertaining to these results.

The intimation was made pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in CEAT securities is currently closed. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

The company has informed both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about this upcoming meeting. Gaurav Tongia, company secretary, issued the communication.
