AGI Infra launches "Prestige by AGI" residential project in Jalandhar

AGI Infra has officially launched its "Prestige by AGI" group housing residential project, located in Village Pholriwal, Jalandhar, Punjab. Booking for the project commenced on October 6, 2025, following its registration with the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab, on July 11, 2025.

The residential complex will consist of six towers, offering a total of 713 units equipped with modern amenities. These include 701 three-bedroom, hall, and kitchen (3 BHK) flats and 12 two-bedroom, hall, and kitchen (2 BHK) flats, with each tower reaching 29 floors. The project is designed to cater to both domestic and international markets, marking a significant addition to AGI Infra's portfolio in India.

This disclosure aligns with SEBI regulations. Aarti Mahajan, company secretary and compliance officer, signed the announcement for AGI Infra Limited.
