360 ONE WAM schedules board meeting, dividend discussion, and Q2 earnings call

360 ONE WAM Limited has announced its board of directors will convene on Friday, October 17, 2025. The agenda includes considering and approving the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025.

Additionally, the board will discuss the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26 for equity shareholders. The interim dividend, if declared, will be paid to shareholders on record as per a date to be fixed by the board.

Following the board meeting, 360 ONE WAM will host an earnings call on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 17:30 to 18:30 Hrs Indian Standard Time (IST). Senior management, including Karan Bhagat (founder, managing director & chief executive officer), Anshuman Maheshwary (chief operating officer), and Sanjay Wadhwa (chief financial officer), will discuss the company's performance and address participant questions.
