Wipro grants restricted stock units to employees

Wipro Limited has informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about the grant of 410,306 ADS Restricted Stock Units. These units are being issued under the company's Employee Stock Options, Performance Stock Unit, and Restricted Stock Unit Scheme 2024. The grant is extended to identified employee(s) of Wipro and its subsidiary company.

The grant became effective on October 3, 2025. These Restricted Stock Units will vest according to a schedule approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board. The exercise period for these units will also be as approved by the committee.
