Samvardhana Motherson subsidiary dissolves, no business impact expected

Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has informed the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited about the dissolution of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Motherson Sintermetal Technology B.V. (MST), based in the Netherlands. The Netherlands Chamber of Commerce issued a notice for MST's dissolution on October 3, 2025, and deregistered it from the Commercial Register.

MST was not carrying on any business or operations, meaning its contribution to Samvardhana Motherson International's turnover, revenue, income, and net worth during the last financial year was "Nil" or "Negligible." The application for dissolution was submitted by MST to the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce.

The dissolution is not expected to have any material impact on the parent company's financials or operations.
