Mehai Technology Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Priya Rudra from her position as an independent director, effective at the close of business on October 6, 2025. The resignation, tendered due to preoccupation, was considered and approved by the board of directors at a meeting held on Saturday, October 4, 2025. This change will alter the composition of various board committees.

Ms. Rudra confirmed that there are no other material reasons for her resignation beyond preoccupation. Her departure necessitates adjustments to the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. For instance, in the Audit Committee, Jugal Kishore Bhagat (executive director) and Prabir Kundu (non-executive - independent director) serve as members, with Aditi Maity (non-executive - independent director) as chairperson.
