Elantas Beck India appoints new country head HR

Elantas Beck India Limited has informed the BSE about a change in its senior management personnel, effective October 4, 2025. Rahul Pomal has been appointed as country head HR (India) and designated as senior management personnel following a realignment of the human resource function and a recommendation from the nomination and remuneration committee.

Concurrently, Bharti Bhosale, formerly head human resources, will continue in her role but will no longer be categorized as senior management personnel. The company highlighted that this change aligns with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Mr. Pomal brings over 19 years of experience, having held leadership positions at various companies, including Adani Group, Infosys, Volkswagen, and John Deere. He holds a bachelor's degree in science, an MBA (HR) from IBSAR, Mumbai, and an LLB.
