Brett Enterprises increases Vaibhav Global stake to 57.25%

Brett Enterprises Private Limited, an acquirer within the promoter group of Vaibhav Global Limited, acquired 108,102 equity shares between August 8, 2025, and September 30, 2025. These transactions were conducted via open market purchases.

Prior to these acquisitions, the promoter group held 952,89,461 shares, representing 57.19% of the total share and voting capital. Following the acquisition, their total holding increased to 953,97,563 shares, elevating their stake to 57.25%. This represents a change of 0.06% in their shareholding.
