Websol Energy: Sanjana Khaitan ceases executive directorship after AGM vote

Websol Energy System Limited announced that Sanjana Khaitan, an executive director, ceased to be a director of the company effective September 29, 2025. Ms. Khaitan, who was retiring by rotation and eligible for reappointment, did not receive approval from members at the annual general meeting held on the same date.

The decision was formalized by the company's disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Ms. Khaitan is also noted as the granddaughter of Sohan Lal Agarwal, the company's managing director.
