Wardwizard Innovations promoter pledges shares for financial assistance

On October 3, 2025, Yatin Sanjay Gupte, a promoter of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, announced a pledge over 3,700,000 equity shares in the company. This action, executed on September 29, 2025, in favor of M/S. Comfort Fincap Limited, secures financial assistance under a financing/credit facility agreement. The pledged shares represent 1.42% of the company's total share capital.

Before this transaction, Gupte held 48,566,153 shares (18.63% of total share capital), with 38,121,729 shares already encumbered. Following this new pledge, the total number of encumbered shares held by Gupte increased to 41,821,729, now representing 16.04% of the total share capital.
