Vodafone Idea seeks shareholder approval for CEO's three-year term

Shareholders registered as of October 3, 2025, are eligible to vote on the resolution. The company has appointed Umesh Ved & Associates, Practicing Company Secretary, as the scrutinizer for the postal ballot process.

The postal ballot will commence with e-voting on Monday, October 13, 2025, and conclude on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. Results are expected to be declared on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
