Viney Corporation trims stake in Uravi Defence and Technology

Viney Corporation Ltd. disclosed the sale of 132,813 shares of Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd. on September 29, 2025. This sale represents 1.17% of Uravi Defence and Technology's total share/voting capital and 1.06% of its total diluted share/voting capital.

Before this transaction, Viney Corporation held 2,207,379 shares, constituting 19.43% of the voting capital and 17.65% of the diluted share/voting capital. Following the sale, Viney Corporation's stake decreased to 2,074,566 shares, now representing 18.26% of the voting capital and 16.59% of the diluted share/voting capital.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd. shares are listed on both the National Stock Exchange Limited and The BSE Limited. The equity share capital of Uravi Defence and Technology remains Rs. 113,600,000, divided into 11,360,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
