Viney Corporation Further Reduces Uravi Defence Stake

Viney Corporation Ltd., acting as a promoter, has disclosed a reduction in its shareholding in Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd. The transaction, classified as an open market sale, occurred on September 30, 2025. Prior to this, Viney Corporation held 2,074,566 shares, representing an 18.26% stake in Uravi Defence.

The disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, details the sale of 448,464 equity shares. This transaction reduced Viney Corporation's total voting rights to 1,626,102 shares, or 14.31% of the total share/voting capital. The equity share capital of Uravi Defence and Technology Ltd. remains at Rs. 1,136,00,000 divided into 11,360,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The sale has resulted in a 3.95% decrease in Viney Corporation's shareholding, impacting its voting capital percentage from 18.26% to 14.31%.
