Shankara Building Products announces key personnel resignation

Shankara Building Products Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Ereena Vikram from her position as company secretary and compliance officer, effective close of business hours on October 3, 2025. Ms. Vikram, a key managerial personnel (KMP), will transition to a new role as company secretary and compliance officer at Shankara Buildpro Limited, referred to as the "Resulting Company." This move is consequent to the effectiveness of a Composite Scheme of Arrangement.

With her departure, Ms. Vikram also ceases to be the designated person authorized to make disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations as of the same date. Shankara Building Products stated it is in the process of appointing new key managerial personnel (KMP) in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Regulations, assuring that these appointments will be made within the stipulated timeframe.
