Shankara Building: CFO moves to new company

Shankara Building Products Limited announced the resignation of Alex Varghese as chief financial officer, effective October 3, 2025. Varghese, a key managerial personnel, will transition to a new role as chief financial officer of Shankara Buildpro Limited (the "resulting company").

This transition follows the effectiveness of a composite scheme of arrangement between Shankara Building Products Limited and Shankara Buildpro Limited. With Varghese's departure, he also ceases to be the designated person authorized to make disclosures to stock exchanges.

Shankara Building Products Limited confirmed it is in the process of appointing a new key managerial personnel in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Regulations. The company stated that this appointment would be made within the stipulated timelines.
