SBC Exports reappoints directors, names new secretarial auditor

On October 3, 2025, SBC Exports Limited (BSE: SBC) disclosed shareholder approval for key management reappointments and a new secretarial auditor. Govind Ji Gupta was reappointed as managing director for a five-year term, effective August 28, 2025, through August 27, 2030. Concurrently, Deepika Gupta was appointed as whole-time director for five years, also effective from August 28, 2025, to August 27, 2030.

Additionally, M/s Kumar Mandal & Associates was appointed as the secretarial auditor for a five-year term. These decisions were approved at a shareholder meeting held on September 30, 2025.

Govind Ji Gupta brings over 15 years of business experience, overseeing overall management, operations, and product development, while Deepika Gupta, with a master's degree in business administration, will focus on operational compliance and quality control.
