Sacheti and PACs boost stake in Arihant Foundations

Padamchand Sacheti, along with PACs Mr. Yash Siddhartha Sacheti, Mr. Mithun Padam Sacheti, and Mr. Siddhartha Sacheti, acquired an additional 4,268 equity shares in Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited on October 1, 2025. The shares were purchased for ₹962.44 each in an open market transaction.

Before this acquisition, the group held 1,417,628 shares, representing 14.23% of the total share/voting capital. With the latest purchase, their collective holding of shares with voting rights increased to 1,421,896, now representing 14.27% of the total share/voting capital.

Including warrants, the group's fully diluted holding stands at 1,570,332 shares, representing 14.45% of the total diluted share/voting capital. The equity share capital of Arihant Foundations & Housing Limited remains ₹9,96,56,240, consisting of 99,65,624 equity shares of ₹10 each. The company's total diluted share/voting capital is ₹10,86,24,970, comprising 1,08,62,497 equity shares.
