Ram Ratna Research and Holdings Private Limited, a promoter entity of R R Kabel Limited, has reported the transfer of 4,488,464 shares, representing 3.97% of the total share/voting capital. This transaction resulted from an amalgamation scheme involving Ram Ratna Research and Holdings Private Limited and Jag-Bid Finvest Private Limited merging with Hemlata Home Solutions Private Limited.
