Promoter group increases stake in SMC Global Securities

Following the acquisition, the total holding of the promoter group, including Global Telecommunication Private Limited, now stands at 7,08,34,380 equity shares, equivalent to 67.65% of the company's total voting capital. The equity shares carry a face value of INR 2 each.
