Paras Defence unit secures anti-drone order from defense ministry

Paras Anti-Drone Technologies Private Limited, a subsidiary of Paras Defence and Space Technologies Limited, has secured an order from the Ministry of Defence, Government of India. The contract, valued at approximately INR 46.19 crores (including GST), is for the supply of anti-drone systems, specifically drone jammers.

The order is categorized as a domestic award from a government entity. Execution of the order is tentatively scheduled to be completed by March 2026. This announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company's managing director, Munjal Sharad Shah, signed the intimation on October 3, 2025. This development highlights Paras Defence's continued involvement in critical defense technologies and its contribution to national security initiatives.
