Natco Pharma promoter group member reduces stake

Sanjay Nannapaneni, a member of the promoter group of Natco Pharma Limited, has disclosed the sale of 100,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each. The transaction took place between September 29, 2025, and September 30, 2025.

Prior to the disposal, Nannapaneni held 326,910 equity shares, representing 0.18% of the total share/voting capital. Following the sale, his holding in Natco Pharma Limited has decreased to 226,910 equity shares, which now constitutes 0.13% of the total share/voting capital.

This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and Form C of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The shares of Natco Pharma Limited are listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
