Muthoot Capital board to meet for financial results approval

Muthoot Capital Services Limited announced its board of directors will meet on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2025.

In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives closed on October 01, 2025. This restriction on trading will remain in effect until 48 hours after the publication of the unaudited financial results.
