L&T secures major orders for buildings & factories business

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has secured "Major" orders for its Buildings & Factories Business, announced October 3, 2025. The new projects include a substantial IT Park development in Bengaluru and a mixed-use development in Mumbai. These orders reinforce L&T's expertise in large-scale, complex projects.

The IT Park project, commissioned by a reputed MNC, involves developing 5.9m sq. feet on a Lumpsum Turnkey basis. Key features include six towers with 14 storeys each, aiming for a USGBC New Building - Platinum rating for LEED Certification. The scope encompasses civil structure works, facade glazing, architectural lighting, electromechanical services, and external development.

Additionally, L&T will construct a mixed-use development project in Mumbai, with a timeline of 45 months. As per L&T's classification, a "Major" order ranges from INR 5,000 to 10,000.
