ICICI Lombard allots shares under employee stock schemes

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited announced on October 3, 2025, the allotment of 96,554 equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each. This allotment was made under two distinct employee schemes: the ICICI Lombard Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2005, which accounted for 94,648 shares, and the ICICI Lombard - Employees Stock Unit Scheme – 2023, contributing 1,906 shares.

The allotment received approval from a whole-time director of the company at 06:05 p.m. on the same day. This action was taken under the authority delegated by the board of directors at their meeting held on July 18, 2023.

These newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
