Havells board to review q2, half-year financial results

Havells India Limited will hold a board of directors meeting on Friday, October 17, 2025, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025. This intimation complies with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

In connection with this, the company previously announced on September 22, 2025, that the trading window for dealing in Havells shares by specified persons closed effective Wednesday, October 1, 2025. This closure is in accordance with the company's code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

The trading window will remain closed for 48 hours following the board meeting, specifically until Sunday, October 19, 2025, inclusive of both days.
