This ranks Godrej Properties as the #1 global residential developer for its ESG practices, marking a significant industry milestone. The company has participated in the GRESB assessment since 2013, with its ESG disclosures prepared in accordance with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) requirements and externally assured for transparency and integrity.
