Ecoreco launches nationwide e-waste collection drive in India

Eco Recycling Ltd. (Ecoreco) has launched a nationwide e-waste collection drive, effective October 2, 2025, through October 31, 2025. This initiative aligns with the Government of India's "Swachhta Hi Seva – Special Campaign 5.0" under the Swachh Bharat Mission. The campaign aims to promote responsible disposal and recycling of e-waste, with its announcement featured in a full-page advisory in The Economic Times on October 2.

Key highlights of the campaign include the "Book My Junk Mobile App" for door-to-door e-waste collection from households, "Recycling on Wheels" for corporates offering on-site data destruction and e-waste collection, and "Eco-Bins" strategically placed in communities. Ecoreco's nationwide collection network will engage households, RWAs, corporates, and institutions.

This campaign reinforces Ecoreco's commitment to sustainability, circular economy, and Atma Nirbhar Bharat by recovering valuable resources and reducing environmental hazards. Ecoreco, established in 2005, provides end-to-end e-waste management services, including collection, segregation, dismantling, recycling, refurbishing, and secure data destruction.
