Cyient appoints Utkarsh Srivastav as new chief marketing officer

Cyient Limited has announced the appointment of Utkarsh Srivastav as the company's new chief marketing officer (CMO), effective October 3, 2025. This appointment is a full-time employment position and falls under the "Change in Senior Management Personnel" disclosure requirements.

Srivastav brings over 18 years of B2B marketing leadership experience, with a focus on brand recognition and revenue growth for technology and engineering services firms. His background includes spearheading new brand positioning initiatives and leading global marketing efforts at L&T Technology Services (LTTS), where he earned several industry awards. Prior to LTTS, he spent 11 years at HCL Tech in various marketing roles, including cloud and infrastructure marketing.

The company communicated this change to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd as required by Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
