CM Airtime Promotion raises stake in Chambal Fertilisers

CM Airtime Promotion LLP, identified as part of the promoter group, has acquired 50,000 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. on September 30, 2025. This transaction, executed via an open market purchase, has increased their aggregate shareholding in the company to 294,301 equity shares.

The acquisition represents a 0.012% stake, bringing CM Airtime Promotion LLP's total holding to 0.073% of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd.'s equity share capital. Prior to this acquisition, CM Airtime Promotion LLP held 244,301 shares, representing 0.061% of the total voting capital. The total equity share capital of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd. remains at 400,652,297 shares, valued at INR 4,00,65,22,970.
