Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as a debenture trustee, has disclosed the pledge of 2,659,52,084 equity shares of Orient Green Power Company Limited. This transaction by Janati Bio Power Private Limited represents a 22.67% interest in the target company's total equity and voting capital.

The pledge, created on September 30, 2025, impacts shares with a face value of INR 10 each. Prior to this acquisition, Orient Green Power Company Limited’s equity share capital stood at INR 11,73,03,16,690, comprising 1,17,30,31,669 equity shares.

This disclosure was made under Regulation 29(1) read with Regulation 29(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
