Capri Global Housing Finance expands into Telangana, targeting affordable homes

Capri Global Housing Finance Limited (Capri Home Loans), a subsidiary of Capri Global Capital Limited, announced the opening of its first regional office in Hyderabad, Telangana, on October 3, 2025. This expansion includes plans for seven new branches across the state, adding to two already launched in Karimnagar and Warangal, as part of its southern expansion strategy to boost affordable housing finance.

The new Hyderabad regional office, located in Somajiguda, spans approximately 2,100 sq. ft. and will serve as a strategic hub. Telangana presents a promising market for affordable housing, with an estimated need for 28 lakh new houses and a market size valued at over ₹500 crore. Capri Home Loans aims to cater to this demand by providing flexible credit solutions to informal-income households.

Capri Global Housing Finance, a registered Housing Finance Company, offers home loans, construction loans, and financing for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana beneficiaries.
