Black Box partners with Wind River for edge and cloud innovation

Black Box Limited has entered a global strategic partnership with Wind River, an Aptiv company, to deliver advanced edge and cloud solutions. This collaboration is expected to generate approximately INR 1350 Cr. in revenue globally over the next five years, positioning Black Box to significantly contribute to the enterprise adoption of AI-driven workloads, scalable private cloud deployments, and intelligent edge solutions.

Under the partnership, Black Box gains preferred status for delivering Wind River solutions in India and the Middle East. Additionally, Black Box will manage end-user customer engagements globally for Wind River, expanding the reach of the collaboration. The partnership aims to deliver integrated intelligent edge and cloud-native infrastructure, enable secure private cloud deployments, support AI workloads and migrations, provide enterprise-grade Linux platforms, and drive automation.

This strategic move allows Black Box to enter the hyperconverged and edge compute markets at scale. Industries such as manufacturing, industrial automation, retail, financial services, automotive, and telecom are expected to benefit from enhanced operational efficiency and customer experience through secure, scalable, and resilient digital infrastructure.
