Ddev Plastiks: Promoters adjust stakes with internal share transfer

Ddev Plastiks Industries Limited announced an inter-se transfer of equity shares among its promoters. Bbigplas Poly Private Limited (BPPL) will acquire 849,602 equity shares, representing 0.82% of the paid-up share capital, from three existing promoters: Narrindra Suranna, Ddev Surana, and Tara Devi Surana. The acquisition price is set at INR 380 per equity share.

BPPL will acquire 15,312 shares from Narrindra Suranna, 751,735 shares from Ddev Surana, and 82,555 shares from Tara Devi Surana. Post-acquisition, the individual holdings of the selling promoters will decrease to 550 shares each. Bbigplas Poly Private Limited's stake will increase from 74.17% to 74.99%, reflecting the internal adjustment.

The company affirmed that the aggregate holding of the promoter and promoter group will remain unchanged. The acquisition price is declared not to be higher by more than 25% of the volume-weighted average market price over the 60 trading days preceding the notice date of October 1, 2025.
